Hello,
I'm Stephen!
An intuitive, multi-modality energy healer and spiritual teacher with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to guide you in healing and expanding your body, mind, and soul - ultimately transforming your entire paradigm.

What if you could release your pain, rejuvenate your body, and re-connect with the true essence of who you are?
MY STORY:
At age 30, I was an electrician with 10 years of experience and a certified Pilates instructor. I was working more than 60 hours a week while running both a Pilates studio and an electrical business. I thought I was invincible. I believed that success came from working harder, pushing my limits and having the energy to keep going no matter what.

After a relentless year of work and stress, however, I reached a point where my body and mind could no longer keep up. I began waking in the middle of the night with my heart racing, finding myself trapped in waves of panic. Even simple things, like driving to work, could feel overwhelming. My once sharp memory began to fail me, and I struggled to meet the demands I had placed upon myself.

It was a turning point in my life.

Over the years that followed, I explored different approaches to healing and wellbeing, including kinesiology, Reiki and Traditional Chinese Medicine. These practices helped me begin slowing down, listening to my body and understanding the importance of restoring balance. Yet despite my efforts to change my lifestyle and honour my wellbeing, I continued to feel worn down by the stress of working endless hours on projects that no longer felt aligned with who I was becoming. Eventually, I realised that changing my circumstances was not enough. I had to change too.

An opportunity eventually arose to leave Melbourne behind and start again on the Sunshine Coast. I took it, packed up my life and drove to Noosa, determined to create a new beginning.
Not long after arriving, I met Elke Love, a spiritual therapist with more than 20 years of experience. Through our work together, I began exploring parts of myself that I had previously kept closed off. Elke encouraged me to look at unresolved pain and my relationship with my heart, while also introducing me to the possibility that I had intuitive and healing abilities I had never considered before.

Around the same time, I met Allan, whose own fascinating life journey introduced me to the profound world of dreams and the possibility of seeing the world through different eyes. Through our conversations and experiences, I began to deepen my understanding of what lies beneath the surface, including the subconscious, the unconscious and the hidden layers that can influence how we experience ourselves and the world around us. This helped me develop an even deeper connection with my heart and soul.

These experiences marked the beginning of what I now call my soulitude, a journey inward that opened the door to a much deeper understanding of myself.

Between the ages of 32 and 36, I immersed myself in daily meditation, spiritual study and breathwork with conscious intention, following what increasingly felt like an inner knowing. My experiences became deeper and more expansive as I explored ancestral memories, soul experiences and connections with spirit guides. I experienced what I interpreted as memories and impressions connected to Sumeria, South America and distant star systems, along with a sense of having multiple aspects of myself existing across different dimensions.

Whether these experiences were understood spiritually, symbolically or intuitively, they helped me explore a fundamental question:

Who am I beneath everything I have been taught to be?

The more I explored, the more I felt that I was remembering rather than learning. I began to recognise that many of the answers I had been searching for externally were already within me, waiting to be uncovered.

During one particularly profound meditation, I experienced what I understood to be a spiritual presence that told me I would eventually learn to work through what it called the eye of the heart, a way of perceiving energetic patterns and blockages within the body. At the time, I had no idea what this would mean or where it would lead me, but the experience stayed with me.
Then my path led me to Greg Williams and the practice I now know as MediQi.
Something immediately resonated. The experiences, challenges and practices that had shaped the previous years suddenly began to feel connected. MediQi offered me a way of bringing together awareness, energy, the body and the heart in a way that deeply aligned with everything I had been discovering through my own journey.

I began to see healing differently. For me, many approaches can help us change the words of our life story, but MediQi became a practice through which I felt I could work with the deeper chapters, including the patterns, experiences and unconscious pain that can influence how we live. Rather than simply adding more knowledge, it invited me to go deeper into the body, the heart and the layers beneath our conscious awareness.

I spent the following year studying under Greg's guidance and immersing myself in his teachings and the practice I now call MediQi. Greg has more than 30 years of experience working with Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qigong and related practices. His training includes studying with masters in China and Japan, alongside extensive clinical experience, self practice and engagement with classical Chinese medical texts.

His approach draws upon Japanese acupuncture traditions, Chinese TaiJi, Qigong and the Classics of Chinese Medicine. For me, learning from Greg was not simply about acquiring another qualification or adding another modality to my toolbox. It was about being entrusted with knowledge and practices that have been developed, refined and passed down through generations.

During this period of training and immersion in Eastern studies of the body, I was also working in a movement based business. This gave me an opportunity to practise and hone my skills every day. I was there to help people move their bodies better, but I was also applying what I was learning through MediQi, developing my ability to read pulses, understand how different bodies function and observe how people hold, store and release different patterns within themselves.
This became a hands-on apprenticeship for me.

I had the opportunity to work with hundreds of people in a relatively short period of time, allowing me to refine my awareness through daily practice. I was able to observe people from all walks of life and learn how differently each body could respond. Just as importantly, I learned to work under pressure, in environments filled with noise, movement and distraction, where I had to remain present and trust what I was sensing.

The combination of study and real world experience became incredibly valuable. I was not simply filling my mind with knowledge. I was learning how to feel, observe and apply it. This period became an important part of my apprenticeship and shaped the way I work today.
Looking back, I can see that my journey was never really about becoming a healer. It was about remembering.

My greatest lessons did not come from books alone. They came through burnout, fear, change, self exploration and the willingness to confront the parts of myself I had previously avoided. I came to understand that before I could truly support others, I had to be willing to meet myself, slow down, listen, feel and let go of what no longer served me.

Ultimately, I learned to trust what was already within me, and I continue to do so.

Today, I bring together the teachings of MediQi with the experiences and practices that have shaped my own journey. My work is grounded in the belief that beneath the layers we accumulate throughout life, there is an innate wisdom within each of us.

My role is not to tell you who you are, but to create space for you to explore what may already be there, beneath the noise, the conditioning and the patterns that have shaped your story.
For me, this is what soulitude means. It is a return to yourself, a process of remembering what has always been within you and reconnecting with the deeper part of who you are.
This is the work I am passionate about sharing.
