Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Rescheduling of appointments can be done online, up to 2 hours before the start time. - Cancellation of appointments requires a 24 hours notice. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the start time incurs a 50% fee. - No refunds are available for paid packages or sessions, however they can be transferred to someone else.
